Phoenix Chinese Channel _ Phoenix, formerly known as satellite TV STAR Chinese Channel, launched in 1991. Thereafter, the satellite TV is Rupert & middot; Murdoch's News Corp. acquisition, then reorganized, and the introduction of Mr Liu and Chan Wing-kee, who as an investor.
