Gansu TV City Channel GSTV-4 Gansu City Channel is approved by the State Administration of Radio, to the province's county urban residents as the main target audience of specialized channels, March 1, 2001 officially launched. Gansu TV (GSTV) was founded in October 3, 1970. Gansu Province is to establish the earliest and largest, most extensive coverage, the two most powerful provincial TV stations. Gansu TV December 18, 1998 broadcast via satellite.
